By creating an account or using Tracklix ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Tracklix ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Tracklix is a SaaS platform that lets users store, manage, and track affiliate links. Features include click analytics, tracked redirect URLs, a public shareable link page, and subscription management. We do not participate in affiliate transactions — we only help you manage and track your links.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person may not maintain multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits.
The free plan allows up to 5 affiliate links with basic click tracking. The Pro plan ($9/month or $79/year) provides unlimited links and full analytics. Plan limits may change with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed by Stripe. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

You own the affiliate links and data you add to the Service. By using Tracklix, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data in order to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
All software, design, and content comprising the Tracklix platform (excluding your data) is owned by Tracklix. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that click tracking will capture 100% of clicks. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracklix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost affiliate revenue — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via the Service at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
