When you sign up, we collect your email address and optional display name. Passwords are stored as one-way hashed values — we cannot read them.
Links, platform names, categories, and any other details you enter into Tracklix are stored to provide the Service.
When someone clicks one of your tracked links, we log: timestamp, referring URL, approximate country (derived from IP address), and device/browser type (from the user agent string). We do not store raw IP addresses after geolocation is resolved.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status — we never see or store your credit card number.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to any third party.

When visitors click links on your public Tracklix page, we log basic analytics (timestamp, country, device type, referrer) to power your dashboard. Visitors are not required to create an account, and we do not track them across other websites. If you use Tracklix to collect data about visitors, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable privacy laws.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained longer for internal purposes.
